Hotel Daniela Zermatt

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a minibar that was fully stocked and complimentary. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a stunning view of the Matterhorn right from my window.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area with family.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Klein Matterhorn station, making it easy to access the mountains for outdoor activities. It is also within walking distance to the shopping area in town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast spread is delicious. guests have access to facilities such as a sauna and spa center, adding to the overall relaxation and comfort of the stay.

The hotel lacks a 24-hour front desk service, which could be inconvenient for guests needing assistance during early or late hours.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even arranged transportation for us. The location was excellent, with the hotel being close to the train station and the Main Street area. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were clean.

Rooms with large balconies and Matterhorn views. Specially made vegetarian dish for dinner. Clean bathroom and helpful staff. Cozy reception room with fireplace. Walking distance to attractions.

The hotel's location is amazing, right on Thames Street, just off of Historic Thames Street, on the harbor side. It's within walking distance of all the shops and the transportation center. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making me feel like a part of their family.

Amazing personal touch with pick up and drop off from the train station, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Room had a small balcony with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The spa facilities at their sister hotel were great, especially the outdoor jacuzzi. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and relaxing stay in Zermatt.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like valued guests. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the attention to detail was excellent. We loved the little touches like chocolates in the room and complimentary minibar. The location was also great, just a short walk from the train station and away from the busy main street.

We also had a negative experience with one of the receptionists who was a bit rude during our checkout.
